Aleks Sahakyan is rapid champion of Europe U18

Aleks Sahakyan is the winner of European Youth Chess 2024. He scored 7,5/9, half a point ahead of the silver medalist Vladislav Fishchuk and a point ahead of five other players. The bronze medal on tiebreak is for Jan Klimkowski, who finished with the same points, but better tiebreak than a group of five players.
