The 1000GM Los Angeles GM Norm 2023 takes place February 22-26, 2023, in Los Angeles, United States. The time control is 90 minutes plus a 30-second increment starting on move one. The format is a 12-player Schiller System with participation of Arman Mikaelyan, Josiah Stearman, Justin Wang, Robby Kevlishvili, Mark Heimann, Joseph Levine, Luka Budisavljevic, Konstantin Kavutskiy, Robert Shlyakhtenko, Carlos Sandoval Mercado, Sung Ho Yim and Ryo Chen.
