The 6th Sharjah Masters 2023 will take place from 17-25 May 2023 in Sharjah Cultural & Chess Club, UAE. The time control is 90 minutes for the entire game with a 30-second increment beginning from move 1. This tournament is separated in 3 sections – Masters, Challengers and Future. The total prize fund of Masters section is 45 000 USD with 10 000 plus cup and gold medal, guaranteed for the winner. The top ten rated players are Santosh Gujrathi Vidit, D Gukesh, Parham Maghsoodloo, Yangyi Yu, Sanan Sjugirov, Hans Moke Niemann, Ray Robson, Arjun Erigaisi, Bassem Amin and R Praggnanandhaa.
