Peter Heine Nielsen: Karjakin interview should lead to an immediate ban

Last year the FIDE Ethics and Disciplinary Commission (EDC) reached a verdict on the case 2/2022, relating to public statements by Grandmaster Sergey Karjakin (FIDE ID 14109603). It led to a 6 months ban, that prevented Karjakin from playing Candidates Chess 2022.

Peter Heine Nielsen points to a new Karjakin interview (read the most important parts of the interview here) and asks for an immediate ban. Just recently the Ukrainian Parliament sanctions 55 Russian athletes including Sergey Karjakin, Anatoly Karpov and Sergei Shipov
