The event has 6 sections: Open, Under 2200, Under 1900, Under 1600, Under 1300 and Under 1000. Each section has either a 3-day schedule (July 29-31) or 2-day schedule (July 30-31) to participate in.
The playing format is 5-round Swiss with time control 40/100, SD/30, d10 (2-day option, rounds 1-2 G/60, d10).
Last year winner was GM Tamaz Gelashvili.

Under 1900 Section: $1500-800-400-200, top Under 1700 (no unr) $600-300, unrated limit $700.
Under 1600 Section: $1200-600-300-200, top Under 1400 (no unr) $500-250, unrated limit $500.
Under 1300 Section: $800-400-200-100, top Under 1100 (no unr) $300-150, unrated limit $300.
