The Satty Zhuldyz Rapid is taking place from 20–22 April 2023 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Players receive 15 minutes for the entire game, plus a 10-second increment starting from move one. It is a 12-player round-robin tournament with participation of some of the best players in the world – Vladimir Kramnik, Levon Aronian, Alexander Grischuk, Erigaisi Arjun, Vincent Keymer, Boris Gelfand, Yifan Hou, Javokhir Sindarov, Haik M. Martirosyan, Jakhongir Vakhidov, Kateryna Lagno and Bibisara Assaubayeva.
