Jan-Krzysztof Duda: Classical chess is the type I like least

In the post-game interview of the FIDE World Rapid Chess Championship 2022 Round 7, Polish grandmaster GM Jan-Krzysztof Duda said that he is doing okay so far in the event. He explained that he had a tense game against Abdusattorov at the start of the second Rapid day adding that he enjoys shorter time controls. “The shorter time control is, the better I feel. (…) Classical chess is the type I like least to be honest. I am the intuitive guy. When there is no time for calculation, it’s better for me“, said Duda.
