Azerbaijan Women Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship 2022

The Azerbaijan Women Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship 2022 will be held from 2-5 December in Baku, concurrently with Azerbaijan Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship 2022. 14-players field is led by Ulviyya Fataliyeva, Govhar Beydullayeva, and Khanim Balajayeva.

The Rapid tournament will be played in 9 rounds, swiss system, with time control of 15 minutes + 10 seconds increment, and the Blitz tournament will be played in 9 rounds, swiss system, with time control of 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment.

The Winner of the Championship will be determined by the sum of points in the Rapid and Blitz Championship and will claim the title of Azerbaijani National Rapid and Blitz Chess Champion. The total prize fund of the tournament 3.000 AZN (~1.700eur).
