GM Pia Cramling wins her third individual gold 44 years after debuting in Chess Olympiad

Legendary Swedish grandmaster Pia Cramling debuted in the Chess Olympiad playing for the Swedish National Team 44 years ago in Buenos Aire, Argentina. Yesterday, she received her third Olympic individual gold as the best Board 1 player of the Women’s Chess Olympiad. Pia Cramling scored outstanding 9.5/11 points and had a rating performance of 2532.
